Mode of implementation: Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

The Swachh initiatives will be undertaken under the PPP model. The diagram below, is arrived at on the basis of the various models for CSR implementation being utilized by Corporates under Swacch, and can be used as a reference for nascent CSR activities. The overarching model is that of PPP, which can enable efforts to be streamlined and ensure that the activity is contributing towards the significant areas of need. It also provides a basis for PMC takeover, which can ensure long term sustainability.

Model for implementation of CSR initiatives for Swacch Pune

Expected Impact by March 31st, 2020:

• Refurbishment/ reconstruction of all 130 odd school toilets as per requirement
• Refurbishment/ reconstruction of all existing PMC toilets in public areas
• Replication of the Zero-garbage model in several more wards
